Outside ATM didn’t work when I needed it.
Horrible customer service, went there to reopened a trust account, they said they couldn’t do it, I said it was fine so if you need to open a new account you have to go through the whole process again, which took 3 weeks because they were backed up, I asked why I need to go through the whole process again if they already approved the paperwork I submitted (86 pages in total) they said that is the process, of course I got frustrated but I only asked why they needed to go through the whole process, and the banker said I was di... read more
No customer service at all. If you want to be ignored come here. Even with an appointment they are slow to help people.
