I called to request bank statements from 2017 (online access only goes back seven years). The branch manager was unable to handle the simple request, showed a lack of resourcefulness and courtesy, and spoke disrespectfully. After reading other reviews, I’m concerned this may reflect broader hiring or training issues at this branch. This place is not a bank. It is a joke There is no drive through and they don't accept cash. How is this a bank
What bank branch has no tellers?? It needs to be clear. I don’t like to depend on atms to make cash deposits as there’s always room for error.
Took way too long.. personal who assisted me needs to be trained.
Definitely 5 stars, Melissa and another gentleman were very courteous and helpful. Yes, theres no tellers but I feel like the ATM machine in the corner can solve those needs. Honestly one of the best chase banks I've been to, not deserving of those one star reviews.
