I had a phone appt to speak with a business banker at 2p on Monday. No one called. I ended up calling at 215p and spoke to a guy who put me on hold for 10 min to finally come back to the phone and say the banker will call me in a few minutes. Robyn called me back, asked a couple of questions and decided she couldn't or wasn't willing to help me...the called lasted 3 min. In this branch and In any of the branches, do they have anyone that answers the phone? What’s the purpose in having a phone number when nobody’s gonna answer it?
