The bank is your average Chase bank but what is up with the interesting fella security guard? Had to pull in because my 3-month-old was crying and the security guard named 'Johnny Joe Walker' offered no help and actually had the gaul to take pictures of my car and say she is "Going to get me for $500" for parking in a handicap parking spot [only spot available and there was still another handicap spot open]. Always helpful, friendly, and efficient. Easy access in and out. No drive-through window but exterior ATM access.
I stopped in about five minutes before closing with a time-sensitive need. The representative was polite and respectful, and I understand that staying past closing time isn’t required—especially on a Saturday. The employee wasn’t the issue, and it wasn’t great on me to show up last minute. That said, the rigid “we don’t work past closing” approach felt unnecessarily inflexible.
