I stopped in about five minutes before closing with a time-sensitive need. The representative was polite and respectful, and I understand that staying past closing time isn’t required—especially on a Saturday. The employee wasn’t the issue, and it wasn’t great on me to show up last minute. That said, the rigid “we don’t work past closing” approach felt unnecessarily inflexible. Came in this morning to get help with a few different time sensitive items. I met with personal banker Aaron Vu. Not only was he extremely helpful and efficient, he also provided me with new info regarding some different Chase products that I wasn't previously aware of. Thank you for your guidance earlier today
