Froze my account 3 times within opening it. Couldn’t verify me over the phone. Couldn’t open app without coming into the branch. Couldn’t close my account when I came in. Couldn’t give me my money back. Had to come in multiple times to the branch in person during the work day. Would not recommend to anyone.

The bank is your average Chase bank but what is up with the interesting fella security guard? Had to pull in because my 3-month-old was crying and the security guard named 'Johnny Joe Walker' offered no help and actually had the gaul to take pictures of my car and say she is "Going to get me for $500" for parking in a handicap parking spot [only spot available and there was still another handicap spot open].
