Changed banks today to chase. Elizabeth at the front was very kind and helpful. Don, also very kind and helpful walked me through everything I needed. I’m not very knowledgeable about banking but he very thoroughly explained everything to me. This bank has definitely had a re-vamp! Looks nice inside and everyone was kind
I drive pass two other Chase locations to come to this location b/c I appreciate the positive and welcoming energy of most of the staff. Gracia was my favorite person to encounter at this location, but I haven’t seen her in a while. She was very helpful when I had a very specific request for a large number of new bills; she ordered them for me and then called me when it was time to pick them up (whereas it was a whole issue at two other branches and my request was never fulfilled). Terry is wonderful and so polite. She was very patient with my father who doesn’t speak good English. She made the initiative to explain what she could to us and also got us booked in for an appointment with the teller. Danielle also stepped in even though she was fully booked to help him with what time she had before her next appointment.
Under construction. Annoyingly all of the normal entrances are closed and all but one of the drive up options are closed. Why is every chase in this area terrible about their ATM services?
