The Chase branch on East 7th Street is a great neighborhood bank and a real asset to the East Austin community. The staff are always positive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I visit. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of parking, a well-lit property, and easy access. It’s great to have a branch like this right in the neighborhood. The friendly team and convenient location make it a great neighbor and an important part of the East Austin community. Highly recommend!
they charge $10 to cash my paycheck because I don't have an account with them even though the check was written on their Bank. I will never take another check written on chase bank!
