Left the branch dissatisfied with the older lady with a thick accent. Felt like she was judging my appearance, little does she know I have my own insulation business. She did not take my electronic check with eCheck due to a fake policy she invented right then and there. I told her I’ve never had any issues with any other branches taking my electronic checks and I asked her to review my account and she didn’t even bother. Rude tellers. No restroom for clients; I had to wait for my Uber 10 minutes after I made my commercial deposit and had to hold my urine because “they don’t have a restroom? Chase charges plenty of fees but their employees won’t let customers use a restroom. I hope those tellers have problems with their bladders along with all Chase officials
