Great service im not sure what bank or area you live in but im sure that has alot to do with it. I go to a local branch in fontana off Summit Ave...Oscar there is always so helpful. The rest of the branch also provides great service. I have had them since they were wamu and even then it was a great bank. I will continue to bank witht this bank as long as i recieve the same service i have been.
Turned away a customer I went with my daughter on Saturday to open a savings account for her college expenses. The line for banking was wrapped around to the entrance door. We approached the customer service desk and let her know what we were there for and she told us "sorry it's 12:52 and their not doing that anymore". Excuse me but the doors were still open and customers were still coming in. There should be a sign posted NO OPEN ACCOUNTS AFTER 12:51 PM. The Claremont Branch doesn't treat customers like that. Common Sense Now I'm no customer service expert but common sense tells me not to walk into a store a few minutes before it closes to do a transaction that I know is going to take alot longer than the place is going to be open. That's just courtesy.
