Teller had totally unacceptable attitude. I don’t experience this at Chase locations in midwest. Not sure if it’s the norm in this part of US. Will definitely avoid this location in future.

I have visited many banks in many states. One of the biggest problems I’ve noticed with banks in the U.S. is the long wait times. It’s really frustrating and off-putting. In my opinion, a good bank should not have long lines and should have enough staff to serve customers comfortably and efficiently. It’s about customer convenience. This bank takes way too long this bank should have more than 2 tellers I waited around 30 min

this is the worst bank with the worst service. they send you mailers with promotional advertisements that they cannot even apply and then they dont even know how to fix the problem. they dont pick up the phone and when you cal the 800 number they tell you to wait 3-5 days for a representative to call you back. Take your business to another bank that actually wants to help their clients. do not see Heidi, he does not know what he's doing.
