I had a meeting today with a chase rep, and he was so rude, I never want to deal with him again!I have been a customer their for along time, and this is the way they treat customers!
I have gone to to this Chase a number of times with my uncle and they have welcomed me and helped me kindly. They were always very cordial. I go nervously and humble to the one in Lakeland to handle a matter for my uncle, and it was a whole different dynamic. Cold and condescending. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this Chase branch over multiple visits. Each time I’ve come in, the staff has been professional, courteous, and willing to take the time to help without making me feel rushed. Checking in has always been smooth, and when I scheduled an appointment, the wait time was minimal and very organized. The representatives were knowledgeable and clearly explained account options, paperwork, and next steps, which made the entire process stress-free. The teller in the bank with glasses was very rude so early this morning was not helpful and needs training on Great Customer Service! After this disgraceful experience I will NEVER go back to chase and deal with a rude worker that represents the bank!
