so i deposited some cash in my account at this brand and the lady at the counter teller said that i was short for $100, i know i had the right amount and she put it in the her machine and the machine said its short. IMPOSIBLE. she didnt count it physically . i will make a complaint and will switch banking now. forget this.
Teller had totally unacceptable attitude. I don’t experience this at Chase locations in midwest. Not sure if it’s the norm in this part of US. Will definitely avoid this location in future.
I have visited many banks in many states. One of the biggest problems I’ve noticed with banks in the U.S. is the long wait times. It’s really frustrating and off-putting. In my opinion, a good bank should not have long lines and should have enough staff to serve customers comfortably and efficiently. It’s about customer convenience.
