They have one bank teller for all customers. They have atm's instead but they don't work correctly. The reviews are spot on. Avoid this chase bank location. Deserves zero stars. Corporate greed at its finest replacing the tellers with atm's.

"I had a frustrating experience with Wanda while trying to open an account. Despite presenting all the required documents, she insisted they weren’t valid and refused to proceed. I explained the situation multiple times, and only after she called the manager was the issue resolved, and I was able to open the account. Wanda never apologized for her mistake, which was disappointing. Good customer service involves genuinely wanting to help, and unfortunately, that was not the case here."
