This has to be the worst bank in the entire town. Chase would do well to shut down the location
The assistant manager Brittney was lacking communication, problem solving skills, and basic empathy in my case. I left a voice mail for the branch manager Lindsay Dill, Hopefully she can help me resolve this issue so I don’t have to continue to escalate the situation!
Horrible service. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Some of the positive reviews for this location are from people who work at the bank themselves. This branch should have 1 star at best.
This is probably the worst location for customer service. They refuse to allow you to talk to account managers and only service premium accounts. The tellers attempt to help you with other issues but don't really help and just refer you to something else or give you a phone number to call. Other locations have helped me privately and been able to fix most issues right there onsite. There's no drive thru at the Austin Bluffs location and everything they can do, the machine can basically do for you.
