I would love to go into detail about my experience, but I better watch what I say. I will say this. My experience, not only with chase, but with this branch was absolutely terrible. If you have a rebutile on this review, I will gladly provide proof of my experience(s)
This has to be the worst bank in the entire town. Chase would do well to shut down the location
The assistant manager Brittney was lacking communication, problem solving skills, and basic empathy in my case. I left a voice mail for the branch manager Lindsay Dill, Hopefully she can help me resolve this issue so I don’t have to continue to escalate the situation!
Horrible service. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Some of the positive reviews for this location are from people who work at the bank themselves. This branch should have 1 star at best.
