One of the worst Chase branches I have been to. Please step up your customer service game.
ATM ate money my parents gave to me for Christmas. It was 2am and I was putting in my $500 cash. When it ate my money it went through a continuous loading screen and one minute later machine crashed and said "Out of order". No receipt printed nor money was shown in my account. Had to call the claims center. Wish I could give 0 stars.
They are always super friendly every time I come in .I'm always immediately greeted even if they are busy! Last time i was in, Liz wen out of her way to help me. The whole staff goes above and beyond every visit!
