Helpful and thorough. Tate and Julia helped me through a complicated records search that was pleasant and enjoyable all the way through. For a big national bank, this branch feels like a small town local bank.
I personally have never had a bank not cash a $2500 check before until today. Normally I pay a small fee and provide two proof of identification. I’ve cashed $5000-$10000 checks before even. I would never bank with chase at this location. Provided me with very little information as to why other than $2500 is to much of a check to cash. I’d expect this from a small town bank
I needed help with a medallion stamp for a rollover. I was told by Michael that they cannot help and I should reach out to Fidelity since they are getting the funds - even though I have been a chase account holder for 35 years. Fidelity does not have a physical location in traverse city and the stamp requires this to be done in person.
