Very friendly service and able to answer all our questions.
My husband and I went into Chase bank on Front Street, and were helped by Alex Kokas. Mr Kokas, was extremely helpful, patient with our questions, and guided us through a process, I could not have completed at home. In an era where customer service is lacking in many places, we were and are grateful.
