If you value your time, scheduling an appointment or visiting bank wouldn’t recommended! I scheduled an appointment to open an account, confirmed the time, and rearranged my day to be there. I received a call from representative Daniela 15 minutes before my arrival time stating my scheduled arrival time would not be sufficient for an account set up and that my appointment would be canceled! This shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. I expected better organization and communication from a financial institution.
The ATM isn’t working…. again
Came and it was Closed Jun 19th 2025.
Probably one of the best banking experiences I’ve had at Chase Bank. I have been banking with them for 20 years. Had such a wonderful experience that I was compelled to write a positive review for them. Kind and caring people working there.
Bad experience,bad customer service ,only one teller to help customers and a line of 10 or more customers ,go some other branch for transaccions
