I opened a new account. My banker, Felix, was great! I told him I was on a time crunch and he made the whole process fast and simple; yet explained everything in good detail. No minimum deposit and I'm a veteran so he set me up with a Premier Account for Veterans (meaning all fees are waived). Thus far, I am supremely satisfied with everything.
