They don’t have enough staff to take care of customers within a reasonable amount of time.
The branch manager is lazy and their customer service sucks. I have been with them for almost 10 years and things were great but the past 1-2 years they have been shitty and I will be closing my accounts with them and going elsewhere
Long lines and they don't consider putting another teller.... Did I mention long slow lines?!?
