Typical Chase Atlanta issue. No way to access ATM vestibule after hours and outdoor ATM is broken. This is how you force clients to change banks.

This place has a homeless and druggie problem. Beware. Just because you have a homeless and druggie problem, doesn’t mean you have to put on me that I can’t use the bathroom. Just say that it is not open the homeless and druggie people instead of the public because you’re already discriminating. If you don’t want to clean your bathrooms that’s on you. I opened a business account with Chase last month. During that month, I had the opportunity to work with Jade, Destiny, and Janae on the teller line. Each of them is very pleasant. They offer a warm greeting upon entering the bank. And in just a short time, they have come to recognize me and offer personal greetings. They are warm, professional, and efficient. Each of them is a joy to encounter and they are the BEST part of Chase on Howell Mill.

This place is terrible. I am a business owner that has a business account with chase . I came 30 minutes after open to get change for my business. It felt like I was asking them for an arm and a leg to get my change. They said I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 dollar in pennies. As a manager and a business owner I never really right reviews because I know the harm it does to the guest experience rating. But this place needs new management.
