I came into to deposit pocket change and was informed they have no way to accept change. As a millennial and presumably the target audience of their new indoor ATM arrangement, when I come to a bank I expect a person to serve me, not an ATM. Horrible decision on Chase's part to go to an arrangement like this. It's actually making me consider switching banks since I can't be assured that when I enter a Chase branch, they'll be able to help me.

The staff here is great. Sometimes there are setbacks in a day but they make everything better. Heather helped me so much. Thanks a lot you guys.
Every time I come here there is NOBODY to help and the ones that are don't know what they are talking about. We literally have to go knocking on offices to ask for help. Makes me wanna change banks. Hire more people or stop offering poor service.
