Pulkita is awesome! She helped me to open the account so quick and explained every detail! I had issues with my address verification and she did everything possible to help me with that.
I was racially harassed at this chase bank by a druggist teller. She was laughing at me when I discussed with another customer the struggles we go through being racially profiled Ave discriminated against. I'm reporting this to the city, the media, and my attorney.
