We first brought our Toyota Yaris to Chase Auto Tech for brake drum replacements, and then they replaced the serpentine belt and AC compressor. Then our Toyota Prius died, and when we had it towed to the shop, they were closing and still let us leave it overnight and ran diagnostics for us in the morning without charging when they were unable to work on the hybrid issue. Can't say enough about Chase Auto Tech which leads to this: They will explain every detail of what need to be done to your vehicle, and show you the parts which need to be changed for the wellbeing of your vehicle. I’ve brought my car to Chase Auto Tech twice now, and both experiences were solid. What I appreciate the most is how transparent and collaborative they are. They always kept me updated without me having to ask — sending pictures, videos, and even showing me the old parts they removed. Not a lot of shops do that.
