Very disappointed with my experience at this store. About three months ago, I bought a headlight bulb for my 2021 Honda. I specifically asked for the best quality they had, and the employee recommended a German Philips bulb, saying it would last a long time, similar to the original factory bulb. Unfortunately, the bulb failed after only about three months. My original Honda bulb lasted around five years, so this was very disappointing. Bought part 9 months ago. Went to chase auto on dunwin with receipt. Told person named Kevin that part defective and was told to buy new part and return old part after installed and will be refunded.Returned old part and Chase Auto refused to return saying not their part. Looking for part number marked with black marker on part covered with oil. Mechanic who installed called and explained very clearly that part taken out and put in box for return.
