I own a unit here and have lived here for several years now. HOA does a great job in prioritizing maintenance, and the financials are solid with sufficient reserves for large maintenance projects. 24/7 concierge with great service. Excellent location. Very happy here.
This building is amazing. The front desk is very nice
Dr. Sarah Rimm of Medstar Franklin Square resides in these condos. Although the condos themselves are beautiful I had to leave a one star review due to Dr Rimm/Bolan negatively impacting the community with her unprofessionalism and her lack of regard for human life.
