Not a step I had hoped to make but was inevitable in my separation. Derek and his team made the experience the best it possibly could be. I felt so taken care of by such a knowledgeable team. Shirley and Len were there for me any time I had a question or concern and the whole support team was amazing to deal with. They took the stress out of one of the most stressful situations I have ever come across. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support!
