Staff are friendly enough in a tough job, but whoever does their booking systems is terrible, every single time it gets messed up and I end up going to the wrong place or no one‘s there on my appointment time, it really is frustrating. I’d rather do the drive into Kamloops or Vernon because then at least I know it’s going to be the right time.
Great People at the O.A.T Clinic
Don’t bother calling! They don’t answer the phones. I’ve never had this poor of an experience from a receptionist. You clearly hate your job, you don’t like helping people who don’t know what’s going on. DO BETTER before a whole bunch of us make reports directly to your superiors. Every person I know in town knows of you and your attitudes. It’s funny we all share our experiences, you’ve made a name for yourself.
