Very fast professional service👍👍 The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because of the rude receptionist.
Nurses are very impatient and rude. The intake nurse seemed like she was under a lot of stress, and snapped at my mom like 3 times in the space of about 5 minutes. My poor mom was just trying to describe what was going on, and as she was partially deaf from an ear infection could barely hear what the nurse was saying! Huge lack of compassionate care, especially for older folks. Inflict pain while inserting IVs and applying blood pressure cuffs, then scoff if you complain. This is a common issue at this location.
