Need address to mail in a deposit
Called and scheduled an appointment on Saturday to meet with someone and open an account. Had to call back and confirm the appointment time that same day, so I know it was somewhere on the schedule. Left work and took over an hour break to come to my appointment and couldn’t be seen because they didn’t have my appointment! What awful customer service! I will stick with BBVA Compass.
