They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my prescriptions, right out of the doctors office. They always have the prescriptions correct and refills are always are on time. Not much to complain about, if you ask me...
I had an expired prescription for INSULIN. Put in a request on 6/30, was told three days to renew. Well, was out of town and just went in today, 7/12. Was told they could not refill as I hadn't been in for an appointment!!! No notice, and DID see another DR as the ones at Chas keep leaving! Wonder why? Anyway, given you CAN buy insulin OTC, why is this a problem? Chas says they are there to help, but can't do an insulin prescription, one I have been on for over 15 years.
