Good engineers - only a few cheap parts needed replacing in boiler but the invoice was exorbitant. 90% of which was engineer hours. I feel robbed. Never, ever use these greedy bastards. Zero stars if I could. I literally could have bought a new boiler for cheaper.
I had a disappointing experience with this company. I was under the impression that the quote would be free, as we had arranged during our initial phone call. However, I was surprised to find a charge of £351 on my account. It feels misleading, and I expected more transparency. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Just look at his other reviews. I was a customer. I was in court with him yesterday. Read his other reviews. That will prove I am telling the truth. I am allowed to put a true review and this is what I have done.
Just an addition to the other reviews here. This lady may or may not have been a customer but I definitely was and this company have done the same to us... Charged us an exorbitant amount of money for a tiny repair that should have been done during the service. If you check online other reviews of this company are very poor for the most part. Please for your own peace of mind go elsewhere.
