Took a week to get my prescription. I call Friday, was told it is being prepared by mail-out. Then I get a text that evening that the rx is ready to be picked up with no phone call to update me why it isn't being sent out, so I wasn't sure what to do. When calling today to see where my rx even is, the person on the phone was also confused by the system, first telling me the rx is still being prepared by mail-out, then putting me on hold, and coming back to tell me my rx is on the shelf ready to be picked up. The most dysfunctional pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time!
I'm thankful for this pharmacy. Staff are always, patient professional and kind. Helpful and reassuring when I have questions.
