Very bad customer service they look as they don't know what are they doing also very rude people
There has been some trouble but staffing seems to be improving to an extent.
They put up with me so they must be very patient and understanding. They have filled scripts at a moments notice, and not even rude about it. There's actually alot of rudeness in pharmacies.
The number of times this pharmacy has screwed up my scripts is crazy!!! Oh and lab work is on the same level of incompetent. This location is in serious need of new mgmt as far as I am concerned. Valley is running circles around this location.
