They were able to help me quickly, but the inner tube was weak, and was losing air fast because the part to keep the air in broke off

One guy fixed my flat tire while the other guy tightened other loose parts of my e-bike I didn't even ask for. They didn't even ask me for tips for it though I did before leaving. That made me feel they truly care about customers' safety. Yes they did turn my e-bike upside down like other ppl in the reviews state, but it was no problem in my case.

I explained the issue with my bike, and the technician said he could fix it, but that I’d need to wait. I waited outside for 20minutes — there’s no proper waiting area and the shop is dirty. When it was finally my turn, another e-bike customer arrived, and the technician skipped over me to help them instead. When I asked why, he told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Came here for a flat tire, and they fixed it in twenty minutes. However, the guy didn't talk to me, took the wheel off my bike, and set the frame on the sidewalk. Then, after a couple minutes of putting in a new tube, he just reattached it and asked for $20. Fine, I thought until I'm halfway home and my tire is flat again. Thankfully, it was still able to hold air so I could get home. Fats forward a few days later, and I noticed the tire is flat again. I fill it up to the normal pressure, and it pops.
