A pretty staggering amount of errors related to not noticing I'm out of refills, or not notifying me that my doctor needs to write a new script. I've had to go without meds for over 20 days over the last year. If I didn't have contingency plans to navigate the gaps every other month or so, I'd have lost my job. Thanks Medicaid. I can tell the employees are trying hard, and they are kind. That counts for something. But sheesh. If you rely on your meds to live and function, don't count on CHAS.
Pretty much have always been good to me and kept my meds pretty straight
They used to have it together, now that place is ran like an Applebee's, with a manager that has clue as to what's going on. Pretty dangerous considering they're messing with people's medication. This is the second month they have messed up. I won't be surprised if they end up killing a patient.
