What a wonderful experience. I had been looking for longer-term options for my mother’s eyebrows. As soon as I knew Charlene was an option, I knew we would be in good hands. She was so gentle, patient, meticulous, and kind. My nervous mother who has fear of pain was unphased. The care during the process and quality of thrvwork is more than I could have asked.
