I am impressed with how well the cook knows how to be sure the person he is serving is eating a nutritious balanced diet and at the same time listens intently to their desires and tries so hard to make sure they get what they need. Even after you eat your meal you feel like you are very cared for. This applies to everyone in the store. I eat here Monday through Thursday at the FSCJ South Campus on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville Florida.
