From start to finish, communication was great, and Jodie was really helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend Chartwells Bodyshop Ltd.
Although initially when I booked in the light damaged car. I felt that I would be well looked after, that the car would be fixed to a high standard and it all started well. Unfortunately when the car was finished nobody had carried out any quality checks so the car had to go back for remedial work which consisted of panel gaps and alignment issues and issues with DA machine sanding/trail marks and PPF issues to name a few .
