They were great with helping our mom come back after a hospital stay and transition to new care requirements. The thermostat had been turned down to zero during her 10 day absence, we noticed this and thought it was unusual that's all.

From the moment I stepped in, the environment was friendly and welcoming. They offer so many great amenities for their residents such as meals, activities and afternoon excursions, they have a library and more. A very wholesome establishment!

My first time at Chartwell St Albert was a vendor at the Christmas market 2025. What a beautiful facility, very open, many beautiful happy people walking around, socializing , being a part of a great community. Staff was excellent , very friendly , and every resident I spoke with loved their home! Very welcoming and a warm feeling! A place I would recommend to anyone !

I had a table at the craft show at Chartwell and Alex was great to work with for the show. Very prompt in response to questions. Also was impressed with the overall facility. Sue Jaques

We are starting to research possibilities and we really got the royal treatment from Steven, even down to our own welcoming parking spot. We had a private tour through a lot of the building and it looks better than we had thought. Availability is really restricted everywhere though, so check them out earlier than later. Just to see if this is an alternative for your life
