Our Dad has been a resident of Chartwell St. Albert for the past two years. Our experience with Steven Krahn was fantastic right from our first phone call and meeting. The tour was informative and we did not feel rushed. Steven really cares about the residents and the families of the residents. He never makes you feel like you are a bother, or that you are taking to much of his time. He listens and explains things carefully. The property in St Albert is an upbeat facility with good vibes from both residents and staff alike. I toured a couple of apartments with Steven Krahn who had a lot of information regarding the transition into a retirement residence. I appreciated his candour when answering all my questions and his following up a day or two later to see if I had any more. Thanks Stephen
