Incredible facility. Incredible stall. While we were touring Chartwell St. Albert two residents voluntarily came up to us to tell us how much they love it. Stephen, was incredible. His introduction and handling of the paperwork was kind, genuinely caring, and professional.
The managers were washing cars - I turned around and drove up hoping to have my car washed. They were washing employees vehicles! I know a resident in the facility and the gentleman offered to do my vehicle. Absolutely fantastic group of guys smiling and happy to help. I am sure they are loved by the residents and staff. I wanted to buy them all a coffee ☕️ but they would not take any $.They were just happy to make my car look better and make me feel special, and I am sure they make the residents feel absolutely wonderful. ... read more

We at Genie Senior Services always enjoy moving residents into St Albert Chartwell. This retirement community feels very inclusive and there are always endless activities and events for the residents to enjoy. The suites are wonderful and spacious, the staff are professional and caring and the location is very convenient. Steven is knowledgeable, professional and it is very apparent that he cares very much for the well being of the community. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this residence to my family and friends.
