We are starting to research possibilities and we really got the royal treatment from Steven, even down to our own welcoming parking spot. We had a private tour through a lot of the building and it looks better than we had thought. Availability is really restricted everywhere though, so check them out earlier than later. Just to see if this is an alternative for your life

Came to Chartwell with my father and took a tour of the facility with Steven. We can’t thank Steven enough for the information and thorough description of how the process works and what Chartwell offers. The only downside is the lack of availability to secure a suite. My mother and father can’t wait to be in the facility and to be reunited with some of their friends.

My sister, brother and I escorted our mother to visit Chartwell. Steven Krahn greeted us warmly. In fact, there was reserved parking and a welcome sign. Mr. Krahn is friendly but professional, obviously enjoys his job and working with seniors. He talked to all of us yet managed to make our mother his focus. Mum was delighted, felt heard and really considered. Thanks to Mr. Krahn, our mother has her retirement home selected.

Very informative tour by Steven. The residence seems perfect for my parents who have different levels of independence.
