My overall experience there was very good. My husband and I stayed one week in their guest suite and had dinner everyday that week. All the staff there are very kind and friendly. Food was also consistently good. As someone who does not have a sweet tooth was surprised to find myself finishing some of the dinner dessert. If there’s anything that can be improved, cotton sheet in the guest room would be an improvement.
An incredibly special experience. Kim and her team go above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, informed, and most importantly they are caring. My 5 Star rating is well warranted.
My mother moved into Chartwell Royal Park last August. She did her research, found Royal Park and made the decision to move. Royal Park has provided a compassionate and caring community, with lots of socializing events, healthy dinners and a safe and happy environment. The residents are in the wonderful, benevolent hands of Kim and Yanni and all of the amazing staff!
My mother moved to Royal Park in January and my wife and I travelled from Vancouver to help with the move and stayed with her at Royal Park for a while as she adapted to the new place got and used to the daily routine. Moving is stressful and complex at the best of times, and without the tremendous support and excellent communication that Kim (General Manager) and the staff offered leading up to the move, things would have been much more difficult. My mother has been a resident at Chartwell Royal Park for the past four months and she absolutely loves it there. The staff are kind, helpful and energetic and there are a wide variety of activities available on a regular basis. The dinner menu is varied and the food is fresh, healthy and delicious.
