Our Mom has been a tenant at Chartwell Royal Park (independent living) for nearly a year and half. Our experience has been so good that when the time came for her to upgrade to an assisted living facility, we were determined to stick with the Chartwell family. Yanni, Kim and staff were great to deal with. They were very accommodating in the early days of the relationship and this built up a lot of trust. We have the pleasure of performing for the residents at Chartwell Royal Park. The residents are so much fun to play for and the staff are so engaging and professional…. We can’t wait to go back!!
The staff are wonderful. Truly care for residents and go out of their way to support them. The resident suite my mom lives in was recently renovated and was just beautiful. The facility is cozy and easy to get around. Lovely grounds with park and walking trails near by. Just an excellent place to live.
Stephen, Yanni and staff are amazing! The residence itself is extremely cared for and clean, bright, and the suites are modern and up to date.
