My Mom had a good experience overall at Chartwell. People are genuinely caring and exercise that with their actions daily. Only concern was quality of food at times (not enough nutrition and too much emphasis on processed carbs). Vikki is an excellent leader who provides good support and represents Chartwell very well. I would recommend any newcomer to consider Chartwell.
I went for their fundraiser last week. It was great to see the team come together for such a noble cause.
Our latest experience visiting Queen Square was very inviting and pleasant. The events they have for the residents are fun and engaging. And the food is quite impressive.
My mother in law has been a resident of Chartwell for a year now. She thoroughly enjoys the activities Chartwell has to offer. Management encourage the residents to participate in the organised activities which gets them to get to know the other residents. She has had nothing but good things to say about her new home.
