Hello My brother moved into Pembroke Heritage in January of 2024. It wasn’t long that he made many friends. Residents and staff are so friendly. Chantal Mask, the Lifestyle Program Manager is so friendly, always has a big grin and plans so many fun and interesting events every day of the month for the residents. I am living in Denver Colorado and moved my father in recently . This is never an easy transition, in the best circumstances. Dealing with this from a long distance has been hard on everyone yet the team here has gone above and beyond to make it easier on us.
