My mother's stay here was short, but it wasn't because we didn't like the place. We really loved it, but circumstances out of our control called for another location. I cannot say enough about the staff here. They went beyond the call of duty to care for my mom and I lost count of how many times they would check in on her. Kris, the health manager was exceptional in advising and supporting us. Her team was wonderful as well as Nick the general manager who really helped us in a tough situation. My daughter has been working at Chartwell and the experience has been an amazing one. She is so happy going and meeting with all the residents that are all very friendly. The management and staff are wonderful, the facility is beautiful, clean and very accommodating. There are so many activities held there and themed events that the residents seem to be really enjoying. It really is a beautiful retirement home.
Such a warm and friendly place!
