Chartwell Oakville Retirement Residence is a wonderful place to be. Residents are the priority here, with plenty of activities planned, and staff who work really hard to make residents feel cared for. Well-managed facility, amazing staff, (especially the Lifestyle & Programs manager), and an overall sense of a calm and peaceful place for seniors - highly recommended considering this location!

I can't say enough good things about this retirement home. My grandfather stayed in this residence and often mentioned how it feels like a community, not just a residence. The environment is well-maintained and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. We were especially impressed with the manager Izabela, who was caring and professional. You can tell she really cares about the residents who live at Chartwell and provides them with much comfort and joy.

This place is amazing for any senior to live! Wanted to give a big shout out to Izabela Dabrowski! She is always fostering a resident-first community through engaging programs, meaningful outings, and collaborative initiatives. All delivered with empathy, compassion, and a smile :) Highly highly recommend getting the opportunity to see her wonderful work and passion she has for all her residents!
