I always enjoy performing at Chartwell Oakville. The staff is so caring and friendly and the residents so much fun to entertain and talk with. Izabela is especially caring and looks after her residents implicitly. A great environment.

We recently held a surprise party for our dad’s 90th birthday at Chartwell Oakville (where he is a resident), and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were exceptionally helpful every step of the way, making the planning process completely stress-free. Yesterday I was a Chartwell Oakville Retirement Residence, for the first time as a vendor, with my health and wellness business and I want to say how amazing it was!! I met some lovely people who made me feel so welcome, the staff, the nurses, Residents were fantastic and totally recommend it!! Cannot wait too come back in the summer for the next event!!

Our father lived at Chartwell Oakville for 13 months and had a thoroughly positive experience. He had a spacious south facing apartment with views of Lake Ontario and a balcony. The staff were professional, kind and caring. In addition to the excellent meals, Izabela coordinated multiple activities every day, including on weekends.
