I cannot say enough about the management and this facility. This is professionally managed by a group who is excellent at their jobs and truly cares about residents. My father loves it here and cannot imagine living anywhere else. The food is very good, the service is as well and the layouts are great. Thanks to the whole Chartwell team for welcoming my father with open arms.

Poor communication. Incapable of even the most simple monitoring and feedback to family for health or care related issues. Activities for tenants are quite good. Updated Aug 2025: Team at Chartwell LaSalle has responded to concerns... Notable improvements with monitoring, care and communication. Appreciate efforts to hold the gains.

Today I went to this Chartwell location to pick up a gift basket I won from the Seniors Expo on the 18th. I had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who was at the Expo, and greeted me at the door when I arrived. The first thing I noticed, once inside, was a sweet sign with my name welcoming me to their establishment. The lobby was buzzing with an activity for the seniors. We loved this home for our mom. Everyone was very kind and helpful from the time she entered until we had to move her to a memory care facility. Food excellent, always clean and a great place to live. Thank you Chartwell lasalle
