I am POA for my friend Philip who is a guest here on the Assisted Memory Care floor. I cannot say enough about the kindness and care that Amy, Raman and Amanpreet provide. I had a software issue I needed help with on Phils phon and Amanpreet who is an IPhone user was able to correct in a few minutes. Going above and beyond. Thankyou everyone for all you do for Phil.

I have a family friend have a partner at Chartwell and they have alot of good reviews from you. I said why not too to give good review for a wonderful experience my family friend had. The same time I am a (PSW )I've been always been passionate about working in collaborative environment where I can contribute my skills. Volunteering at Chartwell Lakeshore has genuinely been such a rewarding experience. From day one, the environment felt positive and welcoming—not just from the residents but from the staff, too. The activities are always well-organized and enjoyable, giving residents something to look forward to each day. The staff really go above and beyond.
