As I sit in my room looking out at my beautiful lake view, I am reminded that I am blessed to be a resident of Chartwell Lakeshore. From the start, I was able to make the room as I wish and the staff was standing by to make the details possible. Very soon it felt like home. The facilities are beautiful and so well maintained. My mother and I had a great time at a recent event organized at Lakeshore Place. They had arranged a Persian lunch with traditional food, music and dance. The food was delicious and everyone had a lot of fun.

I would like to thank Terry for making our move in day so easy and fun! Terry was helpful and attentive and very patient! He also hung artwork for us and set up my Moms TV Even after my Mom moved in Terry was there to address any issues that we had

This is an amazing place! It’s very neat and well-maintained, and the staff are absolutely awesome. Most especially Soodi and Jodi, they are incredible at what they do, they bring so much energy and joy to every activity. Their dedication truly makes a difference, creating a warm and engaging environment for everyone. Highly recommend!
