Great caring staff! I especially enjoy Sabrina, and Mathew; as they always chat me up when I come for lunch with my mother. Today Sabrina was the cook for delicious waffles and sausages and hash browns. Ankit was our server, and he was awesome. Great service with a smile. I want to do a shout out for Avtar the night health and wellness team member, who always checks in on my mom when she’s having a bad day. I had the pleasure of attending as a vendor during their open house event, and the experience was outstanding. The staff created such a welcoming atmosphere, the residents were an absolute joy to connect with, each sharing such meaningful stories. This community is truly special, and I was grateful to be part of the event.

We’ve had a couple of excellent meals with my mother in law at Chartwell Isabella and was lucky enough to be served by Christine who has always been exceptionally patient and kind to us. She anticipates my mother in law’s needs, knows her preferences and always has her requests ready minutes after she’s seated. As guest we are treated with such care and kindness to a point where Christine knows our names even months after not having seen us.
