I have been a resident at Chartwell Isabella for over a year. From my initial application to admission, I have found the office staff, Guest attendants, dining and kitchen staff, maintenance and many others very informative, helpful and supportive which assisted me while I was moving in. I have lived here 31/2 years and for the most part, I can say the staff is wonderful. One of the outstanding people is my housekeeper, Neethu. She does a wonderful job of keeping my unit clean and will help in any way she can. She always has a smile and greets me when she sees me in the residence. I also would like to give a shout out to Matt, Hunter and Tony in the dinning room for their continued great service.

The workers are so welcoming and as a PSW I can easily coordinate with them to support the clients in the retirement home

5 stars +.....why? This is a top notch business from top to bottom and all around. The culture is very professional as a business, yet very personal, compassionate, and very caring. The employees take pride in their work and it shows. They are dedicated to serve their residents with an elevated level of performance. I can guarantee you that my father agrees with this 100%.
