We cannot thank the team at Chartwell Hilldale enough for helping us transition a family member into assisted living so seamlessly and efficiently! From the first phone call with Maaja (as soon as we heard her voice we knew we were in good hands) to the meetings with Catie and everyone we met in the hallways, outside and in the dining room. The care that has been shown to our family is better than we could have ever hoped and we will be forever grateful.

We have been in the process of moving my in-laws into Chartwell Hilldale and I cannot express enough gratitude to all the staff that we have met with and been involved with. Hilldale chartwell provided wonderful care and support for my mom while we were on vacation. Knowing she was safe feed and checked on by wonderful care people allowed us to enjoy our respite time. We had a comprehensive tour of Hilldale earlier this week, as we begin to explore our options for future needs, and were very impressed by the home and its facilities. Maaja, who led the tour and met with us to answer all our questions, has incredible energy and compassion, and clearly cares about all the residents there. While our family member is still able to live independently at home, what Hilldale offers is impressive and will certainly be considered when needed.

My sister Michele and I thank Maaja and everyone at Chartwell, for the wonderful introduction to Chartwell retirement residence and the great and knowledgeable tour that was given. We moved my 91 year old dad in to a one bedroom apartment on Friday, March 27th. The move went smooth,and all of his family was there as well to help him transition.
