Hilldale chartwell provided wonderful care and support for my mom while we were on vacation. Knowing she was safe feed and checked on by wonderful care people allowed us to enjoy our respite time. Maaja was friendly out going and extremely helpful. Thank you to all for providing a top notch service. Beverly BRATTENGEIER
We had a comprehensive tour of Hilldale earlier this week, as we begin to explore our options for future needs, and were very impressed by the home and its facilities. Maaja, who led the tour and met with us to answer all our questions, has incredible energy and compassion, and clearly cares about all the residents there. While our family member is still able to live independently at home, what Hilldale offers is impressive and will certainly be considered when needed.
My sister Michele and I thank Maaja and everyone at Chartwell, for the wonderful introduction to Chartwell retirement residence and the great and knowledgeable tour that was given. We moved my 91 year old dad in to a one bedroom apartment on Friday, March 27th. The move went smooth,and all of his family was there as well to help him transition. Working with the team at Chartwell has been an absolute honor. As a partner, they are incredibly generous—always offering their beautiful space and refreshments for our Dementia Gardens meetings. The staff is consistently welcoming, and we are especially grateful to Maaja and Ami for their ongoing support. Their $6,000 donation is a testament to their commitment to the community.
