I moved my parents into Chartwell in 2018, and it was a huge mistake. Very soon, I realized that the company that runs this facility is only interested in profit and couldn't care less about their tenants. The whole building was infested with mice, due to the open parking garage and the garbage shoot system. Because the building wasn't secured properly, the mice were running under the apartment doors into private dwellings.
