I cannot find any of my prescription medical online. I have thrush and can't afford to buy it ask doctors surgery 3x can there do it on prescription doctors said no. i have to buy it over the counter I said I can't afford it as I am on benefits. There said get a loan from the benefits people which I can not do.so the surgery has now neglected me again .I also live in a support living house too
My husband has had 4 mini strokes since January this year. As you can imagine a very stressful time for us both to cope with. The team at Chartwell surgery (Doctors, nurses and receptionists)have all been amazingly supportive, helpful and very kind to my husband and I during this challenging time. The support we have received from the team at the surgery, have made a difficult time much easier for us to cope with. Thank you
I had an appointment with daisy today and to say the least she was amazing, i’m not the best having my bloods done and she made me feel comfortable and was really chatty!
Called at 8am today for an appointment for my 2 year old. Was fortunate that I was caller number 4 in the queue. Call handler listened to my concerns and offered an appointment at 8.40 with Advanced Nurse Practitioner Pearl. Saw Pearl on time who was lovely, listened to my concerns and assessed my son. Was issued a prescription straight away and given worsening advice. Great service from Chartwell Green Surgery. Thank you.
Tried to book an HGV medical in April, ready for a HGV licence expiry beginning of June. Website suggested and implied it was simple and straight forward. After sending an email when the promised phone call never arrived the previous day, I receive a call saying HGV and other medicals are now being taken for the second week in June and beyond.
