My wife and I checked out 3 retirement homes in Kingston and after carefully weighing the options and features, decided to get Mom into Chartwell. The open house we attended with Mom was the turning point. We experienced a sense of welcoming and a feeling of being at home like none other. I’ve had the pleasure of doing some network cabling at this home for about a month. Within this time I’ve noticed how great the staff and management are, as well as how nice and clean they keep the building inside and out. Would highly recommend anyone to check out this retirement home.

My husband and I are so happy and relieved that my 95 year old Mother in law is happy and settled in Chartwell here in Kingston. The staff is caring and outstanding in her care. It is the welcoming aspect that impressed her and us the most. All the staff is understanding, helpful, caring there is not one staff member of the team of care givers, that I can bring forth as very good because everyone we have met and dealt with were accessible and open to conversation and most helpful in getting her settled. My mother entered Conservatory Pond in January as she was dreading the winter alone. Here she found companionship, made good friends, enjoyed the food and especially the activities.
