My grandma had to move from a previous retirement home from Ottawa. I am impressed on how well maintained the home is. The meal is very good as well. I do stay for supper with her when I go and visit. Although on a wait list for long term care, the home does everything they can to ensure she is well fed and taken care as well.

I had a wonderful experience completing my placement at Chartwell Conservatory Pond Retirement Residence as an Office Administration student. The environment was welcoming and supportive, and I gained valuable experience. My Mother is now residing at The Chartwell Conservatory Pond and I am very happy with Nurse Shakira, Robert and all of the team that helps my Mother on her day to day health needs and extra ciricular activities. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones.
