I recently moved my mom to Chartwell Barton, and I’m so glad I chose this residence for her.  Theresa, was wonderful and helpful from day 1. She went over of her way to ensure the move and transition for my mom was seamless.  My mom is truly enjoying the atmosphere, and the kindness shown to her at  Chartwell Barton.  Thank you to all the staff, and especially to Theresa for assisting us every step of the way.

Unfortunately, my Mom’s memory has been deteriorating over the last year, and we needed someplace safe for her to live. The staff made the transition very easy, and they made every effort to get her comfortable. The staff are very good and are always trying to help her with any questions, as English is her second language.

My brother was a resident at the Hartford Residence for the past 17 months, and recently passed away. Our family cannot say enough about the respect, dignity, and care that he received while living there. He enjoyed everything about the place including the food, the support workers, the maintenance person, the receptionists and it goes on and on.  Five stars ✨ Our family has been very impressed by the supportive retirement lifestyle offered at Balmoral. The staff have been incredibly helpful and they truly care about the residents. On Easter, we booked the private dining to host our family dinner. I want to thank Betty and her staff for making the evening so memorable. The table was set to perfection. I had been searching out retirement homes for my mom a few months ago. I stopped in at Chartwell Tiffen and had the pleasure of an impromptu visit/tour with Holly. Holly was amazing and fhe staff and residents so welcoming. I couldn’t wait to share my experience with my mom, and subsequently had a tour with Jamie. Chartwell Greisbach is an incredible place! I searched several possible housing options for my mom and this was the ONLY option that had all that we were looking for. Sharon is amazing, the staff are wonderful, the suites are beautiful, the place is full of light and life.

The amazing resident amenities is taking care well by hard working staff. I know some of their staff as friendly and with sense of humor to talk to. If I have to choose, I want to live in their, your money is worth it. Romeo
