Was just contacted by previous treatment centers claim this company was trying to access my child's records using a electronic signature application... I've never filed anything about my child with this company nore ever heard of them before..beware
This company needs reported or sued for dishonest practices!! I'd give them 0 stars if I could. This is a THIRD PARTY service used to retrieve records for reasons such as legal purposes. Attorneys have to pay for medical records and yet, they dont want to. So, they use this company. The company claims it is the patient requesting their records when they are in fact, NOT.
