This company needs reported or sued for dishonest practices!! I'd give them 0 stars if I could. This is a THIRD PARTY service used to retrieve records for reasons such as legal purposes. Attorneys have to pay for medical records and yet, they dont want to. So, they use this company. The company claims it is the patient requesting their records when they are in fact, NOT. I am so disappointed with this service; the latest rep asked me if I know how to read notes and that she is working on getting a reduction on a 19K bill! horribly unprofessional . My high hopes for this company were dashed by the rudeness and inefficiency of this service. I agree with the other reviews;
