Sa repond jamais eu téléphone mais aller acheter un quad ailleurs
Très longue attente(5 semaines) pour finalement rien de fait. Dommage, car pas d'autre concessionnaire yamaha proche. Très déçu car le service de vente avait bien été. C'est terminé pour moi.
Selon leur recommandation ils m'ont commandé une pièce qui finalement était pas la bonne et ils m'ont chargé 35% du coût de la pièce pour le retour, au téléphone le vendeur m'avait bien que si la pièce était pas la bonne il n'aurait pas de frais de retour mais l'arrogant et baveux au comptoir en a décidé autrement. Pour 20$ ils viennent de perdre un client. Chartrand plus jamais......
