Beautiful, affordable and safe place to live. Very well maintained grounds and organized community recreation. Great place for singles, couples, and children. You have a real sense of community here. Everyone working for the common good of each other.
This is affordable, it is very hard to find good place and cheap in around Pittsburgh. They have some already AC installed/fixed, your own patio, be creative yourself. This is actually condo, not apartment.
Highly affordable place to live and a safe community with friendly neighbors. Lived there for several years and was extremely pleased!
