Tonight’s experience with Dr Chartier was very uncomfortable. I felt awkward and as if we were a burden to her during the entire experience. She was unnecessarily condescending in speaking to my daughter about her injury. I found her to be more of a professional bully instead of caring and warm. She cut me off mid sentence trying to explain my concerns.
