Everyone was friendly & helpful. The closing was 3-weeks after offers were accepted so it was quick but Ron & his group had everything ready to go.
Ron and the staff at CharterWest were all extremely thorough, efficient, and professional. They communicated with me throughout the process in order to close my loan in a timely manner. The home loan process can seem overwhelming but Ron talked me through all the steps and went to great lengths to make sure everything was in order for a smooth closing.
We loved getting to work with Ron! Buying a house these days can be difficult and expensive, but Ron thoroughly explained everything to us while giving us options to fit our needs.
